We are on the search for experienced and motivated Entry Level Account Managers to join our incredible team. This position will involve meaningfully interacting with clients in order to understand their needs and answer any inquiries. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills and the ability to resolve conflict. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Our Entry Level Account Manager role will include the following:

• Provide support to customers by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries for new services
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate personnel, if necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Research and analyze customer feedback to improve customer service and profit margins
• Remain up to date with product information and changes
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices by attending daily client meetings and attending weekly webinars promoting new services or deals
• Follow company policy and procedures while interacting with coworkers, customers, and clients
