About the Job
We are seeking a Virtual Sales Consultant (VSC) to drive sales growth and expand GP's market presence by placing GP products and proprietary (A+) Dispensers and refills with end-users. In partnership with the Market and National Account Sales Teams, the VSC will help maximize value creation and accelerate growth priorities through strategic end-user, distributor, and Sales Consultant partnerships.
What You Will Do
In this role, your primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- B2B sales in key segments such as office buildings, high traffic, healthcare, foodservice and industrial leveraging market insights, following the GP sales process, and utilizing selling tools and technology to generate demand for GP proprietary products.
- Partner with GP National Accounts Teams and Market Sales Teams to develop and implement Territory Strategies aimed to drive greater market penetration and grow GP product share in assigned segments.
- Prospect new end-user opportunities to drive new account penetration, expand GP's product categories within existing customers, and upgrade universal/Advantage products to GP's proprietary (A+) Dispensers and refills.
- Transform the Customer experience with timely responses and leveraging insights, technology, product innovations, and GP services to address unmet customer needs and meet the customer where they are in the purchase journey.
- Partner with Customer Development Teams to create targeted DSR wiring strategies to generate mutually beneficial partnerships where GP is seen as a preferred partner.
- Utilize technology such as salesforce.com, Vidyard, Sales Engagement, and GenAI to create and manage End-User and Distrubutor Customer interactions
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Associates degree OR 2+ years of sales or customer service-related experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Exce l
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Salesforce.com (or other CRM) to manage prospects and accounts
- b2b sales experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to maximize the customer experience
- Experience handling difficult conversations with customers

Anticipated salary range$70,000 - $90,000 plus eligibility for sales incentives based on individual and business performance.
