Benefit Specialist Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Call clients who have requested information about their benefits.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments to review benefits in detail.
- Virtual Reviews: Conduct benefit reviews with clients via Zoom.
- Enrollment Assistance: Facilitate the enrollment process for clients.
- Reporting: Complete a report card for each client after the benefits overview.
