You will manage the company’s capital structure, investments, global currency, and taxation policies. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as the main contact for current and potential financial partners in this critical role. What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead the development of effective pitch presentations in cooperation with internal teams and funding partners. Craft powerful, data-driven talking points and presentations for stakeholders and staff.
- Mentor junior team members in the development of presentation materials and pitch strategies, ensuring adherence to corporate principles.
- Lead corporate finance activities, including analyzing capital structure and debt financing approaches to enable comprehensive and successful financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with capital markets and syndication professionals to analyze and design optimal capital structures in collaboration with syndication and capital markets professionals. Develop and implement execution strategies to align with company goals.
- Create and foster continuing relationships with financial institutions, backers, and corporate funding providers to detect and stimulate innovative opportunities. Collaborate internally to assess and accomplish productive banking transactions.
- Review portfolios, assess risk management, and confirm compliance with credit and market risk regulations.
- Manage various sizes and scales of transactions, from small to large, with your ability to pilot complex financial configurations.
- Superb quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, expertise in financial statements, modeling, and valuation methods.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to adapt within an entrepreneurial, rapid-growth environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you know how to present ideas in an accurate, organized, and credible manner.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and cross-functional relationships with various internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is desirable.
- Formal investment or corporate banking education and/or certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, or Private Equity, with a proven record of client interaction and strategic financial governance.
