We are growing and looking for friendly Veterinary Technicians to join our team! You’ll be responsible for concierge-style customer service and impeccable patient care. You’ll work in tandem with our receptionists and veterinarians to provide our clients and patients with excellent veterinary experiences in a loving and welcoming environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service for our clients and their pets
- Room management & digital record-keeping
- Patient handling and restraint
- Medication administration & filling prescriptions
- Venipuncture & IVC placement
- Digital radiology
- In-house & outbound cytology and blood work
- Dental prophylaxis & radiology
- Peri-operative care
- Tech appointments: Vaccines, nail trims, AGE, ear cleaning, suture removal
- Answering phone calls and assisting clients with scheduling appointments and pet health questions
Desired Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Must have at least 1 year of small animal tech experience
- Must have a working knowledge of veterinary terminology, supplies, and procedures
- Current LVT License preferred
