Veterinary Receptionist - Western Veterinary Partners

Port St. John Veterinary Hospital is searching for a Veterinary Receptioinist to join our team!

We're looking for compassionate team players with exceptional communication and multi-tasking abilities. Candidates must be attentive, willing to jump in where needed, and have excellent time management skills.

This is a flexible part-time position, with rotating Saturdays required. Initial scheduling needs are: 3 days M-F 9am-3pm and every other Saturday7:45am-1pm when we are open.

Requirements:

• Previous veterinary receptionist experience is strongly desired!
• Friendly team player!
• Self-starters who take the initiative and pay close attention to detail
• Compassionate team players who have excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
• Passion for veterinary medicine
• Experience with Cornerstone a plus!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Client service and communication
• Managing phone lines
• Scheduling appointments
• Financial transactions
• General front desk duties (emailing, filing, etc.)
