Veterinary Hospital Front Desk Client Care Specialist/Receptionist
Grateful Heart Veterinary Hospital, a new state of the art Veterinary clinic located in the bustling Boise/ Eliot neighborhood on North Vancouver Ave, is looking to add a Client Care Specialist/ Receptionist to our team of super stars.
Our ideal candidate is highly skilled at providing outstanding client service. Our Client Care Specialists:
- Answer busy phones.
- Schedule appointments.
- Handles email communications.
- Greet clients.
- Admits and checks out patients.
- Process payments.
- Communicates information between clients, our doctors and technician staff.
- Computer skills, customer service skills, both in person and on the telephone and cash handling abilities are a must.
- Finds joy working at a fast pace to provide premiere customer service.
- Thrives working as part of a fun, experienced, knowledgeable team.
The person we are looking to hire:
- Experience with dogs and cats in a professional or clinic setting is critical (can be volunteer work).
- Enjoys working with people and diverse clients.
- Is caring, friendly, efficient with an eye to details.
- Creates a warm and welcoming impression.
- Remains professional and courteous while handling multiple tasks with many interruptions.
- Remains calm and collected in the face of an emergency or a difficult client situation.
