Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Manage Voyages: Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring timely and cost-efficient execution.
• Coordinate with Teams: Work with chartering, procurement, and external partners for smooth operations.
• Optimize Costs: Minimize voyage-related costs and time, adjusting plans as needed.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and distribute vessel instructions, stow plans, and manage voyage accounts.
• Customer Focus: Ensure customer expectations are met while delivering cost-effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Maritime Degree (Bachelor level) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 3+ years in shipping operations (dry cargo/break-bulk preferred).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of voyage planning, financial management, and customer-focused operations.
• Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure.

Salary Range

• Competitive, based on experience.
