Summary
Engages with consumers interested in selling their current vehicles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The primary responsibilities include the following, with the potential for additional tasks as needed:
- Communicating with incoming customers.
- Appraising vehicles brought into the store.
- Managing all Auto Trader leads.
- Managing all Kelly Blue Book CASH offer leads.
- Updating CRM tool with current prospects.
- Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedures for identification.
- Utilizing dealership follow-up system.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Setting personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and devising strategies to achieve them.
- Participating in sales training courses as directed by management.
- Maintaining a prospect development system.
- Evaluating daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time management and planning.
- Maintaining a professional appearance.
- Appraising and handling lease returns.
- Managing inventory.
- Handling ROs (Repair Orders) and details.
- Providing vehicle descriptions and managing certification labels.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
2 + years of previous experience
1 year of dealership setting experience.
