Nature and Scope of Job
USDM is seeking a Veeva Platform and Integrations Manager who will play a critical role in connecting the dots between functional area Vaults (CDMS, Quality Suite, Clinical Suite, and RIM), the broader Veeva technology landscape and, importantly, data accessibility to achieve our client’s goal of entering the data once and sharing it many times.
This role is a blend of cross-domain Vault business processes, requirements gathering, and Veeva technical expertise to maintain cross-Vault security harmonization and implement critical APIs protocols in accordance with our client’s strategy and within the Veeva implementation roadmaps. When required, this individual will assist with R&D Vault-specific administrative support (CDMS, Clinical, Quality, and RIM Suites).
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business SMEs, implementation partners, and Veeva engineers to gather integration requirements and provide technical advice.
- Design and lead Veeva data integrations with external partners from start to finish.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding integration processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Develop detailed designs for security models and Veeva integration configurations including any Veeva integrations with third party systems.
- Ensure that integrations align with business objectives and adhere to security policies and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of internal best practices.
- Provide Vault System Administration as needed in support of team resource constraints.
Qualifications
- Veeva Administration – proven experience as Vault Owner and/or Vault System Administrator in any or all of the following: CDMS, Quality, Clinical, & RIM Suites.
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing integration projects, including timeline management.
- 5+ years of significant customer-facing experience, ability to present to functional area management, security and compliance customer teams, proven communication skills
- You may be required to travel for up to 5% of your time.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies and Providers. Examples include: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and other API protocols.
• Experience with source code management like Github.
• Good understanding of security protocols.

- Bachelor’s degree
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 114000 – 152000
