Essential Functions and Primary Duties
• Work closely with leaders to manage cases from start to finish.
• Work with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and research.
• Prepares reports that ensure analysis adequately supports conclusions reached.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to staff to help facilitate staff development.
• Manages the assignment budget and profitability in area of responsibility.
• Take a lead role in managing engagements and client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrates proven ability to take a project from start to finish with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrates ability to lead, motivate, develop and coach teams.
• Demonstrates proven ability to compile and complete reports from start to finish.
• Strong interpersonal skills and active participation in networking.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills.
• B.S degree in accounting, finance or economics required.
• Professional licenses or credentials; ASA or CFA preferred.
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- 3 years supervisory experience
- Must have active CPA or equivalent certification
- Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
- Proficient use of applicable technology
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $120,000 - $160,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
