Title: Validation Technical Associate - I (Assistant)
Location: Millsboro, DE
Duration: 6+ months
Description:
o Provide clerical support for Validation activities as needed to support Equipment Qualifications, and or Calibrations in accordance with departmental priorities.
o Track documentation lifecycles using local Access database and create regular reports as needed to communicate regular progress.
o Draft, route for approval, organize and store validation and or Calibration original paperwork / protocols.
o Support validation activities as needed per the schedule, may require flexibility in their schedule to minimize as necessary to ensure timely completion.
o Develop basic understanding of process to support Validation documentation accuracy and comprehension.
o Regular communication within the department or across different departments using all Microsoft Office systems Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint etc.
Quals--
o Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant work experience.
o Associate degree with 2 years of relevant work experience.
o GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
Main focus is administrative support (Microsoft Office Suite). Validation activities would be helping in writing reports and more n more responsibility given to those who show initiative. Would need to help coordinate validation activities, get signatures, etc. Understanding of technical terminology. Good exposure for someone looking into getting into regulated field.
