Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' proven success in sales within the stainless steel wire industry, specifically to OEMs and End-Users.
- Expertise in sales strategy development and execution.
- Strong techno-commercial sales skills with a deep understanding of customer relationship management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of stainless steel wire products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
