Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market
presence.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach and exceed performance
targets.
Drive initiatives to expand our client base and capture new business
opportunities.
Oversee market research and reporting to adapt strategies to industry trends.
Represent at industry events and conferences to build brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
7–10 years of experience in sales leadership with proven success in managing
high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a focus on results and team
empowerment.
Knowledge of industrial equipment or related industries is a plus.
