VP of Finance - Phaxis LLC

We are a well-established Private Equity-backed company delivering healthcare solutions to thousands of patients!

The VP of Finance will manage 4 direct reports and oversee all of our day-to-day financial operations, including revenue cycle management, billing, AR/cash collections, and contract processes.

This is a newly created role at a rapidly growing company, so there is lots of room for impact and advancement!!

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial operations team, exact team size TBD, likely 3-6 direct reports.
• Lead/support all contract and revenue cycle processes (authorization, billing, AR/cash collection, etc.).
• Lead special projects, such as an ongoing NetSuite implementation and optimization project.
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the finance department.
• Help with the implementation of large-scale financial strategies for the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong experience with financial operations, process improvement, and ERP.
• Experience with PE, M&A, and/or complex multi-state entities is preferred.
