Join our team at our company as we seek an experienced Vice President of Finance and Strategy to lead our dynamic community in Duluth, Minnesota. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a vital member of the leadership team, the Vice President of Finance and Strategy (VPFS) plays a dual role as the chief financial officer and strategist of our organization. We are looking for a visionary leader to guide our financial strategies towards long-term sustainability while ensuring alignment with our institutional goals. In addition to overseeing financial matters, the VPFS will also provide leadership in human resources, facilities management, and institutional effectiveness as outlined in our strategic plan.

Responsibilities:
Lead financial operations, facilities management, human resources, and institutional effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with various departments including IT, Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, and College Advancement to ensure strategic alignment and effective planning.
Partner with the President and Board of Trustees to shape a sustainable vision for the institution.
Provide leadership in staffing the Audit and Finance Committee and Investment Committee.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Over five years of progressive experience in senior-level management in finance or accounting.
Strong understanding of financial management, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
Experience in higher education or non-profit organizations preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
