A Health & Wellness company located north of Boston is looking to bring on a VP of Human Resources to their growing team. We are seeking candidates with 10+ years of human resources leadership experience, specifically within a healthcare environment. As the VP of HR, you will manage a team across traditional HR, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Employee Relations. This opportunity will offer up to $200K base + bonus, hybrid work schedule, and excellent benefits.

We are seeking candidates with 10+ years of human resources leadership experience, specifically within a healthcare environment. As the VP of HR, you will manage a team across traditional HR, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Employee Relations. Responsibilities:
- Act as a key business partner to senior leadership to drive and implement specific initiatives focused on employee acquisition, engagement, and performance
- Enhance and manage the company’s HR analytics results, using data and insights to monitor, analyze, and identify strategic needs, gaps, and risks around retention, engagement, and talent
- Assist in the strategic development of talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, and total rewards
- Develop a broader Total Rewards program through benefits analysis and plan design
- Identify ways to increase staff retention and productivity, including strategies to enhance employee engagement, leadership, and staff development, regular feedback and coaching, career pathing, and promoting a coherent organizational culture
- Drive and manage culture development initiatives that support the business in its innovation and growth objectives
- Lead the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HRCI/SHRM certification required
- 10+ years of related HR experience, specifically within the Healthcare industry
- Strong background in Talent Acquisition, creating recruitment and retention strategies
- Experience in implementing HRIS and/or HCM systems
- Experience with ADP
- Experience in a behavioral health or substance use disorder healthcare provider
- 10% of travel is required to various meeting locations within the northeast
