Duration: 6-12 Months with possible extension

The Client Division is seeking, a program manager for the investment planning program. Provide leadership and guidance to a team that characterizes future VDOT efforts. Ensure programs and projects are conducted in alignment with VDOT's technology strategy. Supervise staff in delivering one or more specific ITD functions within a single IT Portfolio. ITD functions include but are not limited to: Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, Data Management, BI & Reporting, Enterprise and Solution Architecture, Application Development, Maintenance and Throughput, Security, Governance and Compliance, Service Desk, Incident, Release, Transition and Change Management, Asset Management, IT Operations, Availability and Capacdity Management.
