Title: General Manager (Utilities Division)
Compensation: 120k-165k base salary benefits, 401k, company vehicle, etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall Leadership and Team Development
- Operations Management
- Business Development
- Management of Utilities Division Budget
- Strategic/Future Planning of Division
Requirements:
- 7-10 years in utilities or WWTP management
- Strong experience with large diameter piping (18” ) and/or WWTP facilities
- Preferred experience in the Philadelphia/Mid-Atlantic market

Reason for Opening: This is a newly created role – they currently have a utilities division but want someone to take lead and chase other markets (think business development). They currently only do water mains and some gas utilities so they would ideally like to bring on someone with knowledge of BIG pipe work and/or wastewater treatment.
Notes:
- First 6 months of employment is completely on-site while they learn company procedures, culture, etc.
- After 6 months of employment employee may apply for flexible work arrangement which would include a hybrid schedule
- Employee with also serve as a Business Development rep so they would likely be “out and about” quite often anyway
