Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in graphic design or a related field

• Certifications in graphic design or user interface design are advantageous

Must Have:

• Figma expertise

• Ability to produce low-, mid-, and high-fidelity designs

• Experience translating requirements from diverse stakeholders

• A digital portfolio showcasing relevant work is required

Nice-to-Have/Flexible Skills:

• Experience with Design Systems and Components

• Knowledge of web accessibility standards

• Proficiency in user-centered design (UCD) methodologies

The Experience Designer will collaborate with stakeholders to design and refine user interfaces for Private Bank digital applications, including the Private Bank Online Portfolio View. This hybrid role focuses on creating and improving user-centric designs using Figma while adhering to user-centered design principles and web accessibility standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering and translating requirements into high-quality designs and maintaining a portfolio of design work. Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and an ability to advocate for UX best practices are desirable.
