As the RISE Product Senior Manager, you will be a key member of the RISE Leadership team, and part of a global BCG U Solutions Development & Delivery team, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle of the RISE citizen upskilling products including RISE 2.0, RISE for Business and RISE for Green Sustainability.
You will be responsible for driving the RISE product strategy working closely with the RISE leadership team, the BCG case teams delivering RISE upskilling solutions to clients, BCG U Chief Product Officer, and BCG Managing Directors & Partners. Your portfolio of products will include the RISE cohort-based, instructor-led, synchronous, and asynchronous content and learning journeys, simulations, learning assets, and assessments necessary to deliver RISE & BCG U upskilling offerings. This catalog of offerings spans offerings across Digital Transformation for Business, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics & GenAI, and Climate & Sustainability, amongst others.
You will establish key partnerships and build a catalog of offerings that deliver high-impact upskilling solutions that deliver learners the skills necessary to thrive in a digital skill economy. You will partner with a cross-functional team, including Learning Designers, Subject Matter Experts, Trainers, Customer Program Managers, Learning Architects, and Case Teams to ensure the solution delivers exceptional value to our clients and delivers on Return on Learning Investment (“ROLI”).
You will work closely with subject matter experts to make sure the learning assets incorporate the latest thinking, technical expertise, BCG intellectual property, and frameworks. This role requires a unique blend of product management, bootcamp eLearning expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence in product & solution development, channel activation, and customer satisfaction.
