*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA
UX / User Experience designer :
- Create user interface specifications applying client research, design standards, and industry best practices
- Participate in design review sessions with project teams to obtain consensus and approvals
- Execute business acceptance test cases and testing
- Collaborate with project managers to align usability deliverables with project constraints
- Contribute to development and improvement of usability methodology and design standards
- Advocate for user experience principles and user-centered design
- Design Private Bank digital applications, including Online Portfolio View
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications):
- Proficiency in Figma and experience creating low, mid, and high fidelity designs
- Demonstrated ability to gather and translate requirements from various stakeholders including business sponsors, subject matter experts, and business analysts
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines
- Proven understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques
- Must be able to provide a digital portfolio showcasing relevant work experience
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
