About the role:
The UX/UI Designer is a key member of the Marketing CRO team and will be primarily
responsible for managing and improving the company's websites to provide the best user
experience to potential customers. They will be hands-on in setting up, analyzing, and reporting
on website A/B tests to achieve the optimal UX/UI and conversions, with a focus on funnel
performance. They will also support content marketing efforts by designing graphics for social
media and long-form content pieces.
Day in the life:
● Act as a design resource not just for the CRO team, but for other teams in and out of
marketing
● Ensure websites and other content adhere to brand standards
● Implement best practices for UX across all websites
● Run A/B tests on design-related elements throughout the websites to increase quality
conversions
● Own ideation and design of the following projects:
○ Infographics
○ Email marketing banners and templates
○ Social media ads, banners, and graphics
○ Banner and retargeting ads
○ Images for websites and blogs
○ Call-to-action graphics
○ Downloadable resources (digital brochures, PDF guides, etc.)
○ Web pages
Who you are:
● Creative designer with hands-on experience creating compelling, engaging web pages
● Expert in design fundamentals
● Passionate about growth-driven design
● Very knowledgeable of UI/UX, and CRO best practices
● Analytical when it comes to testing and analyzing website performance
● Constantly looking to improve performance with an always-testing mindset
● Someone with a results-driven mindset and a bias for action — taking initiative is a key
strength
● Highly motivated to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
● Highly creative and empathetic to create designs that will resonate with the target
audience
● Able to collaborate across teams to get work done
● Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and organized

Requirements:
● Minimum associate degree in graphic design, digital arts, commercial and advertising
arts, marketing, or related field
● Professional digital design experience
● Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite
● Familiarity with UI/UX tech – Figma, etc.
Nice to have:
● CRO experience
● Experience running A/B tests
● SaaS experience
● GIF creation and video editing experience
● HubSpot CMS
● Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting, etc.

Salary: $80k +, depending on experience
