Essential Skills:

• Experience leading high preforming pharmaceutical sales teams 3-8 reps ideal size.

• Proven ability executing complex sales strategies within the pharmaceutical sector particularly related to Oncology Supportive care treatment or similar fields.

Leadership Excellence:

• Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities capable of steering high-performing teams during extensive product rollouts.
