About the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving direct sales revenue and expanding our market share across the respiratory sector. Reporting to the EVP of Global Markets, you will collaborate with a talented team, including Business Development Managers, marketing experts, and logistical support staff. Your success in this role will open doors to further career progression within Vitalograph.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Leads: Use your sales experience and prospecting techniques to generate leads via phone and email.
- Increase Market Share: Drive direct sales and maintain sales share with existing customers.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to inbound sales inquiries and online live chat inquiries.
- Manage Accounts: Ensure existing clients are aware of ongoing offers and promotions, upselling where possible.
- Develop New Business: Identify new business opportunities and apply cross-selling skills.
- Prepare Quotations: Work with the sales administration team to compile quotes based on customer needs.
- Reactivate Lapsed Accounts: Offer services and products to reactivate dormant accounts.
- Analyse Sales Reports: Manage customer installed base and analyse trace sales reports.
- CRM Management: Input and manage data in the Vitalograph CRM.
- Drive Sales: Increase direct device and consumable sales across all commercial segments in the USA.
What We're Looking For
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Sales Experience: 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with quoting, sales processing, and CRM management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Product Knowledge: Capacity to gain in-depth knowledge of our products and procedures.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, organized, and self-disciplined.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Mobility: Full and clean driving license, and ability to travel as needed.
- Education: Minimum of a degree or higher education certification.
- Location: Must reside within 1 hour of our USA HQ in Lenexa, Kansas.
