RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to client needs.
• Provide strategic estate planning advice, including wealth transfer strategies and tax minimization.
• Prepare federal and state estate tax returns with attention to detail and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 years of focused experience in estate planning and estate administration.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in New York State
