Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estates Attorney to join our Private Client Services practice. The ideal candidate will:
Review and revise client estate plans to ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws.
Prepare and review state and federal estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns.
Provide counsel on sophisticated estate planning techniques, including trusts and charitable planning.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated estate planning strategies.
Stay current with changes in tax laws and estate planning trends.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
At least 3-5 years of experience in trusts and estates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior client service skills and a commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
