About the Job
Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust is looking for a Trust Administrative Assistant to add to their team. The preferred candidate for this position will possess the ability to achieve success as an independent contributor with minimal direct supervision and oversight, as well as a collaborative teammate within CRBT's Wealth Management department, all CRBT internal and external clients and partners, and the CRBT organization as a whole. This position will be 20 hours per week with flexible hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work independently.
- Excellent human relations skills to deal effectively with visitors/customers in person or on the telephone.
- Detail oriented, timely follow through and strong interpersonal skills required.
This position performs administrative work for the Trust Department. This position maintains document storage, and file organization, generates reports and forms, provides general clerical assistance to the Trust staff, and performs other projects as defined.
