Our client is seeking a skilled Trial Attorney for the Defendant side to join their legal team.
This is a diverse firm that has a broad focus in practices, including Medical Malpractice, Product Liability, Mass Tort, Construction Defect, Insurance Coverage, and more!

Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including commercial disputes, medical malpractice, construction, insurance claims, can more.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Develop case strategies and advise clients on legal options and processes.
- Negotiate settlements and manage communications with opposing counsel and clients.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations to advocate for the clients interests.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses and gather evidence to support case arguments.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trial work, with a focus on defendants.
- Ability to work in office in Downtown Chicago.
