**Job Title:** Program Manager III - Maternal Child Health (MCH) | RN **Job Specialty:** Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Care **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 12 hours, 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years **License:** Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) **Must-Have:** Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) **Job Description:** - Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. - Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet the complex needs of critically ill children. - Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills in pediatric critical care. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. - Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues. - Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage patient care effectively. - Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on evidence-based practices. - Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed. - Support new staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
