**Job Title:** Program Manager III, RN - Maternal Child Health (MCH) **Job Specialty:** Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Care **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 12 hours, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years **License:** Registered Nurse License **Certifications:** Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support **Must-Have:** ACLS certification **Job Description:** - Provide advanced nursing care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit - Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and families for optimal patient outcomes - Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the PICU to ensure patient safety and care quality - Implement and adhere to established policies and procedures - Participate in the development and evaluation of individualized patient care plans - Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards - Demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills in a high-pressure environment - Support and mentor junior nursing staff and assist in continuing education efforts
