About The Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required License: Must have Permanent Ohio license or Compact State license in hand Certifications: BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: PERMANENT Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience Job Description: - Work night shifts with a schedule of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week. - Required to work every other holiday. - Participate in orientation with 20 hours dedicated. - Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with an acceptable score required. - Provide two references from a manager, assistant manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty of application. - Completed BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Attend in-person badging and fingerprinting sessions prior to start date. - Modules required pre-start and annually, recorded via Silkroad. - Temporary exemption from Nicotine-Free Facility Requirements applies to nurses and CSTs. - Strict adherence to not contacting the facility directly. - Ensure required certifications are active with nothing pending.
