Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: Valid CA License required Certifications: Must-Have: - Willingness to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year - Flexibility to float between like units and potentially to affiliated hospitals - Compliance with submission of references and documentation Job Description: - Acute Care Hospital with a focus on Labor and Delivery - Orientation includes 40 hours - RN scrubs: Royal Blue or Navy Blue - Charting experience with Epic - Expectation to accommodate manager discretion on scheduling - Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius, with specific radius rules applied - Compliance with travel policies for return staff, requiring a 3-month gap for returning travelers - Completion of non-billable modules, with a time estimate of approximately 16 hours pre-start and annually - Participation in travel compliance, including the requirement for supervisory references within the last three years - Preparedness for restricted time off requests, to be included at the time of submission
