Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Home Health - Critical Need Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8 hrs, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: Basic Life Support Must-Have: Current Driver's License and a clear driving record for the past two years. Proof of automobile insurance as required by law. Job Description: - Provide comprehensive care to patients in a home health setting, focusing on efficacy, safety, and patient satisfaction. - Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Monitor the health status of patients, administer medications, and perform appropriate interventions. - Educate patients and family members about disease management, treatment options, and preventive care. - Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records. - Adapt to the dynamic home health environment and respond to changing patient needs and conditions. - Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and ethical principles. - Utilize critical thinking skills to address complex health issues and assist in decision-making. - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
