About The Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Job Specialty: Home Health Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Guaranteed Hours: No guaranteed hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of Adult Home Health or Hospice experience License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase EMR and Oasis, reliable transportation with driver's license and liability insurance Job Description: - Provides, coordinates, and directs home nursing care based on physician's orders and agency policies. - Supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. - Conducts home visits and occasional office meetings. - Covers territory within a 75-mile radius from home clinic. - Completes documentation in a timely manner using HomeCare HomeBase EMR. - Accepts all patients on schedule and completes all documentation within 24 hours of appointment. - No guaranteed hours, contractor must meet weekly productivity points. - Must be open to on-call rotations every 4th weekend. - Proficiency in Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase EMR required. - Willingness to travel up to 75 miles for patient visits. - Must have a vehicle, driver's license, and insurance. - Must be willing to accept every patient on schedule and drive long distances between appointments. - Must have a minimum of 1 year of Adult Home Health or Hospice experience. - Must have an active RN license.
