- Educate residents and families on at-home exercises and safety practices to support recovery.
- Maintain a safe and positive therapy environment.
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
- Active PTA license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain it.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
