- Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to address patients’ needs.
- Educate patients on self-care strategies, injury prevention, and wellness practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient treatments and progress in accordance with clinic policies.
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Virginia.
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
