Travel: Pharmacist - United Health Systems

Position: Pharmacist
Location: Morristown, VT
Pay scale: $2,762 - $2,862/week
Shift: Day

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications to patients accurately and safely.
• Provide information and guidance to patients on how to use prescribed medications.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure there are no drug interactions or allergies.
• Counsel patients on potential side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
• Monitor patient health and medication therapy to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals on patient care plans.

Requirements:

• Required: BLS, VT license
• Minimum 1 year experience
