Degree from an accredited Pharmacy School Licensed to practice Pharmacy in MO Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. ACLS / BLS NICU experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Vancomycin / Aminoglycoside / Anticoagulant dosing Pain consults Medication Verification Supervising technicians compounding sterile IV (using Dose Edge to verify), checking pyxis, first doses, emergency med boxes List any machines and/or equipment used on the unit: Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
