Job Details
- Must have sterile compounding experience
- Must have vancomycin/aminoglycoside dosing experience
- Must have Meditech experience
- Preferred skills include trauma experience, burn experience, familiarity with Dose Edge, Pyxis experience, Vigilanz experience
Job Requirements
- 7 on and 7 off. Thursday to Wednesday
- Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees
