About The Position
We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in November at a skilled nursing facility in Maryland. This facility uses Rehab Optima system and has a 90% productivity expectation. Please reach out today for more information!

- Monday-Friday day shift, 32 hours guaranteed/week
- 13 week assignment

- SNF experience preferred
