Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, Weekends and call, as must be flexible with schedule

Length: 26 weeks

Requirements:

• VT License
• Must have 2 years experience in unit
• Must have large trauma level 1 experience in the last year
• Strong experience required: Gen OR; Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma
• Must be able to both circulate and scrub- please have both skills checklists in packet
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
• BLS
• Prior travel highly preferred

• Local Radius: 50 miles or less
