Certification Details
- Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical at Deaconess Gateway Hospital
- Contract starts on 12/16 or 12/30 for 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 (will accept 48 upon request)
- Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required
- Patient Population includes Chest pain, abdominal pain, flank pain, CVA/TIA, generalized weakness/awaiting placement/geri-psych placement
- Skillset required: PIV insertion, stables drips (heparin, lasix, protonix), strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Job Details
- Minimum Experience: Two years of strong Med/Surg, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience
- No local candidates (40-mile radius rule)
Job Requirements
- Primary location: Gateway
- Shift Requirement: 12hr Nights 6:30-7
- Float Requirement: First to float within skillset
- Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six-week schedule, Every other holiday
Schedule Information
- Excellent LPN and CNA support
- Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates preferred
