Will typically be working on a MS or Tele unit and will split the floor with a Social Worker.Must be able to function independently on the unit and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and patients for discharge planning. Expected to round on the unit with physicians/team. Need to have a positive attitude, be able to critically think, and good time management skills. Utilization Review (UR) is a separate dept- UR will do insurance approvals and arranging transportation
