Criteria has a limitation on financial assistance for only those uninsured or underinsured.UMMC is the only level 1 trauma hospital in the state so will receive a variety of complex patients and those with no other hospital options.CM Manager/Supervisor Department does not have a CM Manager at this time. Will directly report to the Social Work Manager. Chief of Care Coordination is also providing department oversight as needed.Shifts & Scheduling ?
