- Must have experience in acute care hospital discharge planning.
- Will be discharging patients for a variety of units throughout the hospital, including but not limited to medsurg, ICU and ER.
- Behavioral health experience will not be considered.
- Must provide own lab coat.
- Flu shot is required.
- Limited RTO.
