Job Description:

As a Travel Physical Therapist with Connected Health Care, you'll have the opportunity to work in the picturesque town of Lake Arrowhead, CA, while providing exceptional care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting physical therapy assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
