Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Duration: 13 weeks | Start Date: 12/23/2024 | Hours: 40 hours/week | Shift: 8 hours

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Support patients in developing daily living skills.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Active state license in Hawaii.
