StartDate: 2/10/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1518.48 - $1663.86
NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. COTA needed - ASAP start date, 13 week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule.
Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled
Licenses: OTA-WA(Copy needed)
Certifications: COTA-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy; BLS
Scrub Colors: any color scrubs or business casual
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
