Job Summary

Field Support Staff (Full-Time / Bilingual) will be responsible for translation support duties (installation, setup, wiring, operation, maintenance) on customer’s site.

• Provide interpretation support at Battery Plants for equipment setup and initial operation

• Provide assistance for project manager

• Perform administrative tasks for field engineer personnel (rides to and from airports, reservations, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate translations

• Attend meetings to translate discussions

• Liaise with colleagues to ensure that translations are true to the original meaning

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet defined service level agreements

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Adequate computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Bilingual Korean/English - Intermediate proficiency in reading and speaking

• 2+ years of experience as a project team member

• Currently lives-in or is able to relocate to - Lansing (MI)
